Payment Information

Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card, or check.

PayPal & credit card payments must be made online through the registration form.

Checks must be made payable to NCAIE (Federal Tax ID # is: 58-181-0678) and postmarked by October 25, 2023. Pay to:

Group registration is not available, but NCAIE can accommodate group payments. If making a group payment by check, please include the list of all the registrants covered by the check when mailing the payment. For questions about billing and payments, including requesting group payment by credit card, please contact Ashley Szulak.  

Financial Responsibility Policy

All participants who submit a registration form will be held financially responsible for the appropriate fees. Submission of the registration form indicates registration for the event regardless of means of payment. Registrants that attend without completing payment will not be able to participate.

Registrations made after October 25 are not guaranteed. For late registration requests, contact Kristen Aquilino.

Cancellation notification must be received by October 30, 2023, for a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
