Registration for the 2025 NCAIE Annual Conference is open now and will be available until February 19, 2025. Late registration will not be permitted.

If you have any trouble completing the registration form or have any questions about the registration process, please contact the NCAIE Board.

Costs

The NCAIE Annual State Conference events span two days. Participants may attend for one or both days.

Workshop facilitators, conference session presenters, and full-time students may qualify for reduced conference rates. Session presenters should review their session acceptance materials for more information. See the charts below for your conference registration rates.

Financial Responsibility Policy

All participants who submit a registration form will be held financially responsible for the appropriate fees. Submission of form indicates registration for the event regardless of means of payment. Registrants that arrive without completing payment will have to complete payment on-site in order to participate.

Cancellation notification must be received prior to February 19, 2025 for a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued. If no payment or notice of cancellation is received by February 19, 2025 and the participant cancels thereafter, or does not show up to the event, the participant will still be held financially responsible for the appropriate fees.

Registration fees will be waived for up to two presenters per session (one per institution). All other participants require payment to attend.

Group registration is not available, but NCAIE can accommodate group payments. If making a group payment by check, please include the list of all the registrants covered by the check when mailing the payment. For questions about billing and payments please contact PJ Shoulders, NCAIE Treasurer.
