North Carolina A&T University is in Greensboro, North Carolina, centrally located within the state and located roughly 1-1.5 hours from Raleigh and Charlotte and about 2.5 hours from Asheville.

New for 2025: NCAIE Hotel Blocks! We’ve partnered with two local hotels in order to secure room blocks for the conference. Attendees are encouraged to book early, as room blocks will close two weeks before the registration deadline (a month before the conference).

Participants are welcome to stay at any local hotel of their choosing.
