F-1 Beginner Workshop

This workshop is designed for those new to the field of immigration advising, campuses with a small number of international students, or as a refresher course. The workshop will cover the following topics: DSOs and their role at an institution, immigration documents and visa types, issuing I-20s, record keeping requirements, maintaining status, changing status, reinstatements, school transfers, and resources.

The 2023 Fall Immigration Workshops will be conducted virtually. A Zoom link will be sent to registered participants a few days before the event takes.
