Student Conference Registration

Financial Responsibility Policy

All participants who submit a registration form will be held financially responsible for the appropriate fees. Submission of form indicates registration for the event regardless of means of payment. Registrants that arrive without completing payment will have to complete payment on-site in order to participate.

Cancellation notification must be received prior to October 27, 2023 for a full refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Checks must be post-marked by November 4, 2023. If no payment or notice of cancellation is received by November 8, 2023 and the participant cancels thereafter, or does not show up to the event, the participant will still be held financially responsible for the appropriate fees.

Group registration is not available, but NCAIE can accommodate group payments. If making a group payment by check, please include the list of all the registrants covered by the check when mailing the payment. For questions about billing and payments please contact Ashley Szulak.
